The first floor is the heart of the house, with its wraparound design and open-plan living, this space ensures memorable family moments. The sitting area offers comfortable seating, a television and a wood-burning stove for those cosy nights in. The kitchen features two ovens, two fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, with the dining area comfortably seating ten guests. Stepping through French doors, a stunning balcony awaits, leading to a decked area complete with outdoor furniture, the perfect place to enjoy the views overlooking the lakes. Ascending to the second floor, the scenic views continue. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed along with a spacious en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three features twin single beds, and bedroom four boasts a double bed, both with easy access to the family bathroom.
The Roundhouse has its own lawned garden leading down to a trickling river and a patio area with a charcoal barbecue. The property is just a 20-minute walk across the golf course to the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath, where you can also find two well-run surf schools, lively restaurants, cosy cafes, shops and convenience stores. There are several alternative footpaths that run from Roserrow, some are coastal and others inland to St Minver, but all are well worth exploring.
