"June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. "The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there...

"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "
