"The garden is fully enclosed with tall fences all around making it perfect for a stay with children and dogs and privacy in the hot tub. The cottage was spotless and felt like a home from home. The location was quiet and peaceful, a really short walk to the beach and a bus stop just outside tbe property going to ingoldmells and skegness"

"Arrived at 4pm the accommodation had not been prepared. we had to contact the agent to get the cleaners in ,also put the bedlinen and towels out. The accommodation suited our needs well, creaking floor boards on the landing just like a haunted house."

"The property was in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with lovely views over open fields, within walking distance of the beach and amenities but adviceable to catch a bus or take the car if with elderly people or children.
