"This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future."

The unit has an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean, so close that one goes to sleep with the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach that is a 30-second walk from the building. "The property was great. Clean. Functional. Comfy. Based on the pictures we were looking for a place a little more away from neighbors and this isn’t that. Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. I feel like a picture of the parking area would make the house easier to find so you would know what you are looking for street side."

"We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly."
