Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended.

I called the day before my check-in as I was planning to arrive later than when the front desk was open (they close at 9pm) and she was so pleasant and sweet on the phone. Stayed in at the end of winter, best value hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Restaurant/bar is super fun and vibey. Drinks were amazing. Room was clean and modern with an unbeatable view. Easy walking to lake and town center. Would recommend to anyone with a pulse.

We had a 1 BR apt on the ground floor next to the road. With the BR in the rear traffic noise was not a problem for sleeping. There is a great view of Lake Taupo across the road and watching the sunsets was great. The management was excellent and had lots of suggestions on what to do and where to eat and shop. Free laundry was a plus and managemnet even moved our laundry from washer to dryer when we were a little late getting back. Would definitely stay here again. Dining and shopping nearby...
