"This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. I requested a king size bed for 2 nights and ended up with 2 doubles. When I went to speak with the front desk, there was a long line. I waited for a bit, but she seemed to be the only person. Anyway, we decided to stay in the room. We were on the third floor and the ice machine would not stop beeping. I went to the front desk, still only 1 person and a line. I told them and they said they would take care of it and they did. I could speak with them in the morning. The next morning, the person who helped with the breakfast was wonderful, friendly, kept everyone smiling. I saw that your company could make specialty coffees and went to get one and speak about the room. Again, there was only 1 person and so many people in line. I didn't wait for the room or coffee. The ice machine was beeping again the next night. I called the front desk and someone came up to fix it. The last morning, I was able to speak with the young lady I told her what happened and she didn't say a word except if I wanted my receipt. We left Sunday May 10th. Whomever was working around 11am needs some help. More training, something. Go ahead and secret shop her. She is not good for the Hyatt name."
