"Hotel is getting very dated. Guests' luggage were all over the check-in lobby. Front desk staffs were very efficient and helpful.
Room is clean but furnishings are just too out-dated. There was no power outlet next to the bed so I had to ask for a power strip from hose keeping. They delivered the item to the room within ten minutes."

"Great location, close to MTR, taxi, tram, buses, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The room is great and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Hong Kong!
