"Room was a bit small but adequate. The swimming pool is not heated and the water was actually like having a very cold shower. The bar was under renovation so we couldn’t use it, nor were we told beforehand which is disappointing "

"The room was good and clean however I was given a room with view to court yard and had to close the blinds as other rooms could see my room. I was very disappointed as I paid a hefty fee for my stay and was given a substandard room and the shower was terrible "

There is a food hall within the building with plenty of good options as well as full-sized restaurant which serves excellent breakfast and dinner. Would recommend staying here. "

"Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."
