"Shower leaked into bathroom floor and it was hard to get into the shower. I had to squeeze into a small space between sink and toilet then swing open shower door past toilet and go in sideways. Super uncomfortable entry to shower. Rooms and view definitely looked better online. The decorative flowers on the wall at reception were peeling off and you could see the cheap yellow foam they were made of. The lobby was a bit tacky but the staff were ALL really nice and helpful. Location was good but wish I stayed at the Hari like the rest of my group "

"Loved staying here perfect location, our window was the harbors' view. OMG so worth it, the breakfast was delicious. And all the workers courteous and professional. Our room attendant kept our room super clean. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and on top of the building. We had it to ourselves thorough the trip. Location was top across the street from Bruce lee statue in one direction and the Temple market in the other direction, took the train to women's market. Groceries stores near hotel. food souvenirs', also Don Donki for Japanese noodles."

"The Great Clean, compact and relatively comfortable. I'm a really fussy sleeper (LOL), the air conditioning was great, but the comforter was too warm at night, so I didn't really get the best sleep. Great amenities like floor mat (instead of towels for mats), green tea, pu-erh tea, a range of TWG teas, and a Nespresso machine. Housekeeping and the team were attentive enough to provide me with 2 bottles of water after 1 night of requesting additional water. They also stopped winding up the hairdryer cable, saving me the effort of constantly having to unwind it each day. The location is perfect, along Jaffe Road. Extremely close to HKCEC and Exhibition Station to get to Shenzhen. Literally 5 mins away from Kam's Roast, Hennessy Road, Lockhart Road, etc. Definitely a recommended and will return to stay for me. Improvements A bit compact, so if you have more than 1 medium luggage, it will be a bit tight in terms of space. Perhaps, add a mini-fridge and move my luggage to my room (after I checked in earlier, left and came back later to the hotel)."

Stayed here for my annual visit for over 5 years and the property is not showing its age yet. No frills kind of hotel and the restaurants of high standards too. "I recently stayed at the Novotel Asian Century hotel with my family. The service we were given was some of the best and most attentive I have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent range of buffet breakfast options. The pool was also great for kids! Thank you so much to Gary at check in and the patient porters like Ansan who helped with our baggage and for whom nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
