"The hotel is beautiful, staff are amazing and very attentive. Restaurant has plenty to offer with food selection and drinks. Pool areas are very clean as well as the sauna and steam room. My only critic is that there should be a cut off time for kids in the pool area do adults can relax for an hour. Overall it was a beautiful stay!"

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I think my problems lie with the accuracy of this listing. It’s in a good location that is close to the train, Battersea shopping centre (about 10-15 min walk), and the park which is immaculate. There is also a bus stop adjacent to the hotel which is very handy if you don’t feel like walking. The photos of the listing on here and google show a courtyard which I thought would be a good place to relax and take photos, upon arriving I was told that it is actually a residential apartment complex and there is no access to it. If you plan on doing early check in/out there will be a charge to do so. They did have a hairdryer to provide If asked, but no toiletries and had to go to shops to get minor things like toothbrush. I also found that the cleaning was not the best, as there were a number of hairs in the towels, counters, and I feel like it could've been a little more thorough. Overall, was worth the price (affordable for the weekend). "

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter. The only thing I liked was the area around the hotel, which had coffee shops, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby."

"The most friendly of staff. The gentleman helping with the booking and also looking after my two guests was very welcoming and accommodating. Perfect for a London stay ! Close to the Common and easy walking distance to Balham and the underground to central London. "
