"On arrival our room smelt of drains, this did clear. The carpet in the room was stained which was disappointing. One of the towels had a visible hole and was ripped this was replaced on request. Although the towels were well used and worn although clean. On arrival the reception staff were not particularly welcoming, on other occasions the staff varied from being friendly and smiling to being somewhat sullen.
