"The most spacious hotel I have stayed at in Tokyo. It also offer stunning city views from the room. The staff is very helpful. Mr. Hwang at the front desk was especially helpful and welcoming. Lots of fun things to do around the area and very close to the subway."

"we love that the hotel is connected to the mall, nany restaurants and shops. Also on 10 min walk to ikebukuro station. Only thing is the wall is not well isolated , that can be a big minus for people who cant tolerate it."

"Clean, spacious, and fully equipped for our stay. Very family friendly. We stayed in the Pokemon room, which was cute and a real treat for our Pokemon-loving kid. My one concern is that the floors are quite thin. We could hear the people above us walking, running, jumping all night."

"This stay is in a great location! Located next to the train station (easy to catch the train to many popular locations) & Don quiote is just down the street! If ur hungry there's a Denny's & 7-11 right downstairs of the hotel. There are also places to eat around the area as well. The rooms are clean & quiet. Air conditioning is good. Staff is very helpful & nice! There's a laundry room where u can do your laundry & there are ammenities in the lobby for you to take to your room which is nice. Toothbrush, slippers, washcloths, robes etc. In the hotel room there is shampoo, conditioner & body wash which is provided. I'm picky about certain scents, but their bath products are nice & gentle with a very light scent. Not overwhelming. There is also unlimited hot tea & water that they provide in the lobby 24/7. This location does not have the spa, but its still a great place to stay. I've stayed at various locations and this one by far is on the top of my list. Everything here is great! "
