"Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple! The host has amazing communication, both prior too and during my stay (was very clear on what to expect on arrival, provided clear instructions of any rules/processes required). I’d say the host went above and beyond for the cleaning process (as where I live we only use one bin for mostly...

"Diness was at the front desk when we came and he was so helpful during our stay. He gave us suggestions, directions, and ideas as to what to do and where to go. Everything was clean, the room was the perfect size for us and our granddaughter. We are breakfast in the room and had what we needed. The Market was just across the street. It was a very pleasant stay."

"I really loved that they provided a lot of amenities. I love that we had a washer/dryer in our room and that they gave us free detergent. When it was raining they had free umbrellas for us to use. I like that the bathroom is separate from the shower. There was a lot of space for our luggage."

"Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light.. 1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more.... Provided pots &...

"The area is very calm, there is a Lawson across the street and there is nice pizza post a few houses down, Tomo is very friendly and you have to ask him about the cream cheese dip! there is a slight learning curve for the air conditioner but that's part of the journey, overall everything is awesome"

"The bad: the bedroom had mold and the stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs were a death trap. The good: communication and service were great. The location is unbeatable. They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Late at night with a ton of luggage had to try and find a last minute hotel (which ended up costing a lot more money) they did refund...
