"The cabin was great as far as space and location goes. There was space for everyone in our two families party with young children and teens. The amenities in the community are great with a very nice pool by a small lake with paddle boats and a clubhouse for family hangouts. The cabin is desperately in need of floor upggrades with an old and stinky carpet and updates to the furniture are needed. Those two things would make a huge difference! The place was cleaned very well by the cleaning service...

There was plenty of room for everyone, the house had all of the amenities, and there were lots of games to keep us busy when we weren’t out on an adventure somewhere. "Nice location in proximity of West Jefferson and Lansing. The Lansing Creeper Trail Park was nice (go to the other side of the creek for a more rustic walk) and Mount Jefferson State Park Luther Rock spur had some fantastic views. "This cabin is nestled above the New River and has an amazing view. Soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the natural beauty of the area was a bonus. Cabin was functional with all needed amenities. Bedding and bathrooms were clean. Recommendation- leaf blower to clear acorns off the deck. I would rent this property again. Communication with Brian was great and he was very responsive to a few questions I had."

Great and trendy place to stay in Boone

"Great place to stay! Very hip. Love the bar, games, and pool table. Room was comfortable, however if you stay on the lower front side be aware that noise from the fire pit out front filters into the room. Even with the sound machine on could still hear the larger group carrying on late at night. Around 1 AM, I did call the front desk and they were kind enough to quiet the group. Other than the noise, the stay was great! Will definitely return, but will stay either higher up or on the back side. "
