"The flat is beautiful, close to town and links to motorways so it’s easy to see other parts of the country.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars throughout is that there were major renovations on weekdays from 7.30am-5pm in an adjacent flat. The builders were very loud and this meant we had to go out all day to avoid the noise. It’s a shame that we weren’t notified in advance. "

"Great location, just 10 mins walk to the centre of Leamington. Communication before arrival was excellent and this was the same during my stay. Comfy bed and sofa. I stayed on my own and felt very safe. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company."
