"Great staff, very clean. Not really any amenities. Also, we were shocked that any hotel with more than one storey would not have an elevator 😳 and the unfortunate desk clerk was evidently told by the owners to say that the 3 storey building didn't have an elevator was because it was on a hill!!(???) What in the world does a hill have to do with elevators? The front of the hotel looks rather undesirable due to patios with plastic chairs facing the parking lot with people's plastic coolers sitting around. Otherwise clean with friendly staff and an indoor/outdoor pool. The backside is lovely with a woodsy natural area to look at."

"Love Galena, This apt. was just as listed. The parking is great, right across the street in a reserved parking space. Lots of steps to get to the Main Street shopping and eating, but the workout was worth it. The host Amy, was a dream to work with. Always on top of things and there was nothing we needed that she didn't provide. "
