"We've just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful. The children loved the games room, tree house, trampoline and hot tub. Nathan and Helen went above and behond to make us all feel welcome. We fell in love with the beautiful area and views. Highly recommend, we loved every minute and will be back. "We stayed from 25th Aug-1st Sept. The property totally exceeded our expectations which were extremely high. The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. I cannot recommend this property...

"The property is spacious. The kitchen is excellently well equipped and there is plenty of comfortable seating for all, There are lovely views of the sea from all the windows. Beware of the differing levels upstairs. The en-suite shower is a tight fit but the bathroom has plenty of space. The heating is very good and efficient. And the nearest pub is only 5 mins walk away. It is excellent but there is a need to book for a meal. "

"Nice little house in a peaceful village perfectly positioned for Ilfracombe & Woolacombe. The pictures for this property make the house look much bigger than it is. We struggleed with 4 adults and a 15 year old as one of us was sitting at the table at all times as not enough couch space. The upstairs of the property is amazing and well thought out. Downstairs needed a good clean! Dust everywhere broken blinds and we all had either dirty feet or socks off the floor after a couple of hours. Owner...
