Very good hotel,

Great option if you want a little more space and need to do laundry. Close to metro/tram. Though there are limited restaurants in the area

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Everything was great BUT one caution: If you arrive on Sat, Sun, Holiday or before 0800 or after 1600 weekdays there is no staff. You must register online on Hotelbird app or on provided tablet on counter.

Very good customer service by the front office people. Very clean and accommodating. Easy 15 minute walk to opera house. Overall great day.!

Amazing place to stay and enjoy! Thank you so much for everything!

Everything very clean and tidy. Shower floor was a tad slick. Good value.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful, and the location was very convenient. My only suggestion would be to have a little better chair for sitting. Basically we were very pleased and it certainly met our needs and expectations.

Very clean, upscale and modern hotel. However, the photos depict the hotel being in a massive high-rise, but the hotel rooms are only on floors 1-3. The higher floors are for permanent residents. So don’t expect a view.

The front desk attendants were all very welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The shower had hot water and the room was clean. We loved the quiet location! It’s in walking distance to the train station and subway and trams.

We choose this apartment hotel for a long weekend visit rmto Vienna. Its about 20 minutes out from the city centre using the Tram. The communication before the trip was good. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and spotless.

Staff very kind. Let me sture luggage after checkout. Really helped.

I’ll start by saying that this is the only place I’ll ever stay at if I come back to Vienna. Hotel is new, rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful and super helpful. We had a great time at this hotel and loved using all their amenities such as the bar, sauna and the pool. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is right across the street from the hotel and will take you into town. There’s restaurants and a wonderful castle (Belvedere) in the area. Aldi is 8 minutes...

The hotel was different for me; this was my first time staying at a hotel with no front desk staff, but we received everything we needed, and communication was quick and clear. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great as it is next door to the train station with easy access to anywhere in the city. Loved the location and the room. Would definitely recommend.

We lived there 7 nights. It is a clean, calm hotel in a good location. The kitchen in the room is very convenient.
