"Staff was so friendly and accommodating (we arrived early) - excellent communications throughout and had helpful suggestions for things to see around the area, as well as bus options (we got the 48 hour pass based on their advice - definitely worth it). Breakfast was really good, full english options and fruit/yoghurt/cereal selections. Room was incredibly spacious and so quiet on the streets we could leave the window open overnight. Location was very convenient to the train station, busses, and the beach, only a 15 min walk down to the Shanklin Chine. It was a really great place to stay."

"Room was clean and welcoming Nick and Hayley were so good and helpful and enhanced our stay in many ways including recommendations and keeping our bags on the last day so that we could go out and enjoy more of IOW.
