"They forgot to do the wake up call. I was late and almost missed my flights. Sofa in the room had all kinds of weird disgusting stains and splatter marks. Other than the friendly bartender a most disappointing stay. Will not return! "

"Great beds and bedding. Up to date charging for phones, check in was easy. Didn’t have breakfast since we had to be at the airport at 4am. Convenient shuttle service. Very clean. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Very nice hotel located at the far end of United Airline terminal and also above the train station. So nice to have a hotel at the airport for early flights or late arriving flights. Very clean, spacious rooms, Restaurants and bar available."

"Odor in the room. No hand soap. Air compressor on the refrigerator would go on and off in the middle of the night and was very loud. The AC wasn’t consistent. I checked into my room late and was so tired, I didn’t ask to switch rooms or notify them of the issues. and I didn’t realize until the morning what the cause of the noise was. I advised the front desk in the morning and they said they would check into it, but didn’t offer any options for a discounted rate or other options to rectify the issues with my stay, however the staff was very nice. I did feel like the room was clean."
