"Fantastic friendly helpful staff...real Italians! Oh, and great breakfast lady from Ulster. The room was very clean with nice touches such as still & sparkling water. The view over the cathedral was stunning when enjoying coffee & a hot cooked breakfast. Just great to stay in a real family run establishment."

"Lovely cosy cottage , excellent location for exploring Wells. Easy walk to cathedral and historic town center. Wonderful hotel like welcome with snacks and milk in fridge , bathrobes and bathroom amenities. Very responsive and welcoming host. Lovely little garden around and sunrise in bedroom windows . The pans could do with updating and more variety (pans old and scratched non sick and no pasta/ soup large pot) "

"It had a full kitchen, two levels with a sofa bed upstairs (we didn't use that), And no matter what window you looked out of you had great views."

It is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything one could need, from books, to games and maps and magazines. "We spent 2 nights in Wells in Emily’s place. It was a perfect spot from which to enjoy all the things Wells had to offer. Emily was communicative, went out of her way to make us comfortable my allowing us to check in early and out late, left some nice snacks and everything we needed for our time there. The cottage was nicely furnished and decorated, clean and modern."
