"Everything went pretty well overall. Best in mind there is no swimming pool, and the bell desk team lost all of our luggage until I expressed some anger and frustration. Then, magically, they found the luggage somewhere on property bringing us our stuff minus 2 items. By the time it was all sorted out, we easted and hour and almost missed our flight."

"Muy buena experiencia en este hotel..mi habitacion tenia la vista frente al big ben asi q disfrute de una hermosa vista. Mi suite en el pizo 14 muy amplia y limpia..y un hermoso detalle, te dan la bienvenida con una tarjeta escrita con tu nombre y unos ricos dulces y chocolates...el personal nos ayudo con maletas y demas. Muy amables los muchachos... Muchas gracias"
