The hotel was amazing and well maintained and upgraded, we loved the hotel and we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately it was full, the staff at reception the first day was very nice and helpful and the process was smooth and easy, BUT the STAFF at the time of our departure was very rude and very awkward and aggressive and I’m still wondering why? There was no reason for that attitude towards us. but after all the Hotel is one of the greatest hotels in London and I’m definitely coming back...

Delightful experience to stay here. Quirky, boutique hotel with personality in the building and the staff. Attentive, highly responsive and welcoming staff. Like the building, the room was non-standard in its layout, making the most of the available space and the location. Well equipped and well appointed room with all amenities and while a few of the furniture items showed some wear, the mattress was firm, bedding was crisp and clean and the toilet and shower were immaculate. The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again
