"Feels Like Home – A Memorable Stay! We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Charleston US Hwy 17 & I-526 by IHG over Father’s Day weekend, visiting from Nashville, TN for our first family trip to Charleston—and it couldn’t have been better! Ms. Sherrie, the Assistant GM, welcomed us with warmth and even took time to write down local dining and sightseeing suggestions. Molly at the front desk was equally kind and helpful every day. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Ms. Kim and Ms. Angie, who served up hot food and heartfelt hospitality every morning. They made it feel like home. Our room was always clean and comfortable thanks to Sammy and Tasha in housekeeping—so friendly and attentive. And Mr. Richard from maintenance kept things running smoothly with a smile. "The staff was great , friendly helpful. My only concern is I haven’t yet received my deposit back that was held in case of damages , my dog a dachshund is a medical need dog for sever anxiety , she was always with me never left alone in room she caused no damage "
