"The room was clean and the hotel is really close to the beach , the only thing is sometimes the elevators take a little longer. Also if going to the beach make sure you bring water to rinse the sand off because there’s not showers by the beach"

"The staff were very helpful and kindly allowed us to check in early at 3:30 PM instead of 5:00 PM since the room was ready, which we really appreciated. However, Room 255 was extremely small, while Room 270 was much better and more comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed sheets did not feel clean. It seemed as if they may not have been properly changed, which was concerning. I hope I am mistaken, but it affected our comfort during the stay. I would appreciate your attention to this matter. Everything was perfect !! We had a blast for birthday here !!"

"Definitely not a new hotel but was clean enough. Air conditioning was loud and clunky. Hotel staff were very nice and always cleaning. Coffee was great and breakfast was plentiful. Out back is a private beach on the bay. Not maintained at all, Dead Sea life and broken glass bottles on the beach with rusted caps floating in the water so beware. Also has extreme wind surfing attached to rear of the building."

"This is our favorite hotel. This last time I tried vrbo big mistake, luckily SOHO had two rooms available. The staff is very friendly. The pool area is nice. The rooms are nice. The only complaint I have this time is our shower was dirty, had hair in the drain and soap in the grout on the shower floor. They have a decent free breakfast, wish they would offer water with it though. Definitely recommend SOHO it's a block from the beach which is great."

"The property is the old Tahiti. It has been totally and actively renovated. My room was crisp and clean, def not your typical beach motel room. The decor is black and white, the staff are engaged and friendly, the pool is well maintained, there was a kitchen in my room with some dishes and silverware, paper towels. I used the refrigerator but not much else being there only 1 night. Bring a coffee pot if you want coffee. Also you are steps from the boardwalk so you can also just walk up there and enjoy your coffee while looking at the ocean. They have a parking lot so you have a parking spot and I was able to use it prior to ✔️ in. They are very nice. It is under new ownership so there are things that need to be tweeked but to be expected. I will be back here for sure. Hoping it keeps the same welcoming hidden gem feel."
