"The floor was dirty made our feet black and we had an infant who crawled. We were told someone was to come by to clean the floors and no one did. We did not have a trash can in the kitchen, one was brought. The rest of the place was also not very clean. Living room a/c was very loud. For the price I expected more it was not luxury rentals."

"House was in a beautiful location right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean. Owners were very nice, communicated well and tried to accommodate. Washer and dryer were broken so we couldn’t do laundry. House was a bit musty and not as clean as we’d hoped. Especially after paying an $850 cleaning fee.
