"Everything and everybody was great. The only complaint was house keeping did not come until after 5pm. We had 3 of us with event in am and in pm to get ready for and needed towels, called to desk for towels, they never came. I ended up tracking down a housekeeper in the halls, exchanged dirty towels for clean, emptied our trash myself. House keeping knocked in our door as were were leaving around 530, didn't need them by then. Maybe they were short staffed? Other than that I absolutely loved this hotel."

"We were there three days. Never saw the cleaning staff. Said they would do a daily light clean - never happened never got garbage, never gave us fresh towels, never gave us additional coffee cups. Don't like the shower, no where to set your foot when shaving legs.also, we arrived a few hours early and simply asked if a room might already be available. We were told we have to pay an extra $30 to go into a room before the stated checkin time. Just not customer oriented."

"Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10"

"The house is great for entertaining. I did make a comment to Avant Stay that it needs some minor upkeep in the outdoor area. The cushions for the couch outside were worn and torn, and there were some spiderwebs on the railing. The carport was dirty as was the ping pong table. The grill was dirty as well.I do want to point out that these are, as I previously stated, just minor comments, but overall, the house is outstanding.The pool and the hot tub were exceptional.The few times that I did reach out to the company, they responded promptly.Even with these minor comments that I stated above, overall, we had an incredible experience, and I would strongly recommend this property and Avant stay.Would definitely stay here again."

"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."
