"The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. "Not sure why others had issues with the hotel. Our staff was more than pleasant. Lovely hotel,staff are very welcoming and helpful with queries. Pool staff are very helpful too! Clean room, and hotel staff are able to make arrangements and help with any issues with our flights or trips. Thank you for a lovely staff, will defo be booking the hotel again if I return to Luxor. "I checked in and found that the receptionist had no idea of my expected arrival. I had the receipt and all she was interested in was viewing my airline booking, not my hotel booking. I looked at three rooms before finding one that was reasonable, and reasonable is a low expectation. The pictures on the web site are archaic at best.
