"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Lovely clean room, excellent power shower and super deep bath. Very helpful staff and a great atmosphere throughout. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facial and massage were fabulous. It seemed to be a place where guests returned several times, and we could see why. Great place for a Cornish break. We'd definitely stay again."

"The cottage had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was powerful and good. The gardens were beautiful, we particularly liked the fish pond. We were made to feel very welcome by James. The site was close to Portreath and Porthtowan beaches but also we travelled all over Cornwall easily. Thankyou James and Rosemary for your hospitality. We hope to be back!"

"This was a 5 star experience The location above the beach was perfect for taking the dogs out and the views were spectacular! We saw seals every day swimming in the bay The bedrooms were lovely especially the shower in the main bedroom! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 dogs and brilliant kitchen equipment.Thank you for a lovely holiday"
