"Hotel service and rooms were great. We were there when war started and they took care of us. Upgraded us to a suite. The location worked for us since we were near a relative and also near the highway so we got to airport quicker. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast buffet was also good for the price. "

"The electrical panel blew a fuse twice while were were there trying to make breakfast. The service man was nice and came right away but this happened a lot. Also the hot water kept running out on us after one shower and this was no at all convenient. The location is good and the bedrooms are clean but it is cold at night and the hot water is a big issue. Also, the bathroom was old and looked like it was from the 70's. It didn't match the look of the other rooms. I forgot a book there and...

"A beautiful hotel! Rooms are beautifully appointed. We stayed in the heritage building and loved the combination of antique and modern styles. Felt like an oasis. The staff were friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The food was delicious and an exquisite buffet at breakfast. The dining room got a bit hectic at times in the mornings, and it sometimes felt like they were understaffed as it took a long time to get coffee. But we could see that the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances. "
