"Stayed here for 2 nights as we were visiting Kew Gardens and Richmond park , both nearby . I booked a ‘cosy room ‘ which was very comfortable. Liked the style of it . Staff all very friendly and food was excellent. There’s a garden at the back and terrace at the front . Very relaxing ."

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"Hotel facilities very good and stay comfortable. Cost of bar drinks somewhat excessive given that there is a standard service charge added on top of the displayed costs. Restaurant meals also have non discretionary service charges applied which is okay for table service meals but not appropriate for buffet meals. "
