"The lady at the check in counter when we first arrive was the only staff member we encountered that was not very pleasant. The valet, concierge, restaurant and bar staff were all welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious and had an amazing view of the river. The nachos from the bar and the pork chop from the restaurant were to die for…. amazing!"
