"Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the time we spent there. It was the perfect distance from shops and restaurants. The staff especially Justina was so sweet! We will definitely be back. Pool and hot tubs were great and also the food!"

"I have been staying here for years. This was a horrible experience for myself and grandkids. It took forever to get checked in due to the rooms we're ready and the AC was acting up. You don't pay this much money for a hot room. Then the balcony door would not stay shut. I always stay between the Menger or the Emily. I will return to the Emily. "

"Clean, close to downtown and lots of attractions but removed enough to be quiet and have PARKING! Place smelled amazing. I have zero complaints other than parking can be hard to come by if it's at night. There was a security guard in the parking lot at night which was wonderful though. Breakfast was just ok. We will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel had such a horrible odor that I went and bought heavy duty Febreze and sprayed my hallway, room, and especially the closet. I asked for a bar of soap to wash hands for two days to no avail. Finally, a young woman at the front desk went to look and found that their shipment was not in yet! The room was supplied with a very small bottle of body wash for all of our needs. The grounds were very unkept, especially by the side entrance to our hallway. The pool was probably cleaner than lake water. Needless to say, I will never stay here again!"
