"I could not get a statement for my stay there. They moved me to another room and over charged me . Desk person walked out and said I could take care of it my self she quite. Was suppose to get a refund on money held for room charges. Did not charge to room. Expedia. Tried to call the manger. For charges As of today I have had no follow up calls and my account has not been refunded"

"I understand being short staff which is why I want you to take this into consideration. With this hotel being short staff these are the issues found in the room and yes I took pictures. The toilet had pubic hair on it, no toilet paper in bathroom, the tub was dirty, the floor in the bathroom had hair on it, there was a hole where the door knob hits the wall, roach in bathroom, tub had mold on sides needs to recaulked, the bathroom sink had food in it, the sheets were not changed out because there was dirt and hair in it, missing light bulbs in a lamp and microwave, microwave was dirty, food was left in the fridge from previous guest, fridge wasn't clean, no trash bags in trashcan or in ice bucket. The hotel was sold out due to graduation ceremony for Texas Tech which is why we couldn't go to another room. Didn't bother with the continent breakfast didnt trust it with how the room was given to us. Again keep in mind they were short staffed. Maybe it is better if they were fully staffed."

"STAFF WERE AWESOME. Thank you Larry for the shuttle to the spurs game. That you Ariel for the bar and restaurant recommendations. Thank you Francisco for the breakfast service in the mornings. Hotel is on a quite peaceful part in the river but just a 10 min walk to the heart of the action….my wife and I had a great time in SA this week…BTW the pool as a blast."
