"First room the heat was stuck in the on position and had no control knob. Second room had no blanket on the bed, only a sheet and thin decorative cover. I have stayed there in the past and was NEVER this bad and the experience this time was pretty disappointing."

"The elevator did not work. The hotel was under construction and was not giving a warm cosy feeling like I expected no tables or chairs in lobby just an open space not very inviting. Over all it was a good stay and very clean and quiet. "

"price and location were good .. room was super small was there 3 days they never came to clean or bring towels .. no breakfast at all just juice and coffee .. "
