"The hotel staff was great and so friendly!"

"Staff was helpful during check in, but could not be found afterwards. The room was very dated, and wifi was almost non-existent. Hotel needs a major upgrade, not just a refresh."

"Place is great quiet comfy clean and so well equipped if available would definitely stay again"

"We loved our short stay. From the staff to the coziness of the room, to the buffet breakfast made with a lot of love!!"

"Best location, facilities, and relaxation ever!!"

"clean room, excellent staff, lovley views from the garden room. "

"The property really is on a working farm. Upon first arrival we were greeted by a flock of ducks. The farm dogs treated us the second day when we returned from dinner. We were able to visit the sheep, cow and chickens during the daylight hours. Step out the front door during the day to enjoy the Mountain View or at night and enjoy the stary sky of Vermont. The inside is brand new and in pristine condition, with lots of space. A full working kitchen, dining table, love seat and entertainment...

"Lovely place nestled into fall beauty. Great staff and the breakfast was amazing."

"Dave & Miken were fantastic hosts - excellent communications and so nice & welcoming. It was fun to milk the goats and hold the babies. Loved the dogs, ducks and chickens too,"

"This is a true gem of a spot! Spacious and well stocked, incredible hottub with views of the river, lovely hosts, gorgeous location with mountain views"
