"The Manager was very helpful with us. One of the issues we had was that there were not hairdryers and all the rooms including mine. I didn’t notice I already washed my hair. The Manager explained that they had had several stolen and walked me to a room to let me dry my hair before we left in the rain in the cold. He was trying his best to accommodate us."

"We had an amazing stay in the Dowds Country Inn on our way back from Vermont. We were greeted by a friendly staff and in the morning had breakfast that exceeded our expectations. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place with an atmosphere in the area."

"This was a great local bed-and-breakfast, best host ever! 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a lot of local sites to see close by. We plan to come again and this is where we will stay."
