"Great centrally located hotel. Comfie rooms. It was very very busy while we were there - long queues for reception so be prepared for that. We appreciated the breakfast deal. Would stay again"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great location and super friendly staff."

"Ideally located for a short walk to Central Park and minutes from Times Square, subway is on the corner of the block as is Starbucks. Staff are helpful and rooms above average size for NY"

"Buena ubicacion"
