"It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back."

"Staff was great but very disappointed that the lounge/ bar was not open on a Saturday night. I booked this hotel specifically for the late food/ drink option. We were in town for a nearby basketball game and was looking forward to the convenience of getting a late night snack and drink back at the hotel with my family. Would have like to see that when I booked that it was closed and not advertised as an amenity. "

"It is an older hotel but the place is well kept,the staff is friendly. Parking seems safe. Strictly continental breakfast, no eggs."

"Rooms are small. Shower water pressure was low. Parking was great. No toiletries available , we did not even have hand soap. Location convenient, but will not stay here again. "

"Excellent the only issue we had was no body wash. Our dispenser was empty, but we had a bar of soap so we were good! "

"The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. We were told the AC was not on and if we wanted to cool the rooms, open the windows. There were child locks on the windows and we had to call the front desk to get the info on how to open them. This was a hotel wide issue and no one was advised of the cooling issue. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am and then abruptly stopped."

"Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM."
