"The staff was excellent. They gave us good advice on getting into Windsor . Instead of driving and trying to find parking they suggested the bus. Worked perfectly. We were able to check in early. We thought it might be an issue with noise from Heathrow . We heard a few planes in the evening, but didn’t notice them overnight . We didn’t try the restaurant so we can’t comment. Room was a good size , very comfortable and very nice updated bathroom . "

"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"
