"Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!"

"Wish there was the other options for breakfast like they didn't have any hash browns or like hash brown Patty things or waffles pancakes were horrible. Tastes like a box of batter from the machine. Overall it wasn't horrible. I didn't starve. Just wish it was different. Hot tub was fantastic and our rooms were great and the staff were great. Overall I would definitely be back"

"Great stay! Big clean room! Cost was on point. Very family orientated! Pool was big and clean with kids toys and towels readily available. Also love that the pool/hot tub is adult only from 10pm to midnight. The included breakfast was very good for selection and the food was good. I always love the 'make your own waffle' station! It was very busy when we got to the buffet and staff were struggling a little bit to keep up. I asked for a cloth to wipe a couple of tables (to help out) and was met with a bit of defensive frustration but i chatted with the staffer a little later and smoothed things over. The rush ended shortly there after and staff managed to get back on top of things. My only critique would be that the elevator seemed a tad sketchy....slow, small (for only having one) and 'bumpy'. 🤔 Great location though! $9 Uber to WEM. Overall, a great experience and would stay again and would recommend to others. 😁"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates."
