"Great staff- without exception. Wonderful breakfast. Room was awful -small and claustrophobic. Bathroom was the worst I have experienced- sorry. Small slippery bath and clogged shower head just managed to drip out some water."

"Basic facilities but very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Excellent value for money and reasonable cost parking at East Gate car park only 90 seconds walk away. Very central for shopping and only 10 mins walk to Portman Road stadium."

"All Good, very reasonable prices, I recommend customers leave luggage in car until checked in, as accommodation is on opposite side of car park, no complaints, very nice staff, and accommodation presentable, very good food and drink choices, IMPORTANT-- the room key (card) is also used to enter the accommodation block as well as your room. "Pretty much everything about our trip was on point and we couldn't have asked for better. From arriving and being greeted by the kind and friendly receptionist, to the drinks station of iced water or hot drinks (including a doggy station with water and treats!)as you walk in,to the amazing suite that I booked. Room 33, what a room! Very spacious and accommodating for everyone's needs. The room had a big built-in wardrobe housing an iron and ironing board, a small safe, a big desk with the kettle and coffee machine and a mini fridge with complimentary drinks/snacks in underneath, 2 x tvs, large spacious main bed, double sofa bed and a single bed, along with an armchair and a table with two chairs to sit at. Far better than the room we'd stayed in the week previous and had paid more for (but it was London, so expected I guess!) The mini gym was a lovely addition and well thpught out. "

"The Lounge area was very nice, lovely reception staff and great breakfast but any joy ends there. The corridor towards my room smelt so bad. My room was tired and the kettle was damaged and riddled with lime scale. There was also a very musty smell in the bathroom. However, the worst thing was that the sound of traffic filled my room all night snd kept waking me up. I’ve stayed here a few times and never heard the traffic so probably down to the location of my room 😞 "
