"I was taken by surprise how friendly staff were to help me about with info and directions, the adult swimming which blew me away the bar service was and choice of music was great You can also order finger foods poolside. I attended a concert David Barrett was one of Whalers with Bob Marly. The resturants were good and Fat burger is something else as too the pizas fully loaded. Bowling ally with 25 lanes a Movie theater which I did see but didn't go. Parking was easy to find and safe. I'm so pleased with the Casino and resort I'll be going back."

"Good rooms, only thing the whole building was really hot & the rooms. Lady at the desk said it was being fixed soon they just needed parts to fix the AC. Other than that room cooled up quickly & we’re very clean. 7.5/10"

"First of all when we checked in the man that checked us in was rude when telling me he needed another card for a deposit for the room which I was not aware of. Second, our room was never attended to in any sort the whole time we were there. Third we called for bedding. It never showed up. We had to call back again and ask for it. A man showed up basically threw Sheets at me and I asked him for a blanket and told me have no blankets. And then when we checked out I asked about the deposit and the man said it should be about 7 to 10 days. If you're getting anything back and then I was charged another $85 and called back to ask about the charge and was hung up on three times. Never got an answer or call back when I left a message.. very disappointed in our stay... And we've stayed multiple times. Won't be back and passed the information along to others ."

"Customer service front desk, especially Derek are very nice, attentive and friendly. The rooms were kind of outdated they don’t do housekeeping so that was a downside short staff with housekeeping so that was a negative. most of the outlets in my room didn’t work. It had a bunch of extension cords, trying to connect all the power of the refrigerator or the TV together. The room had a musty smell, so I bought plug-ins and air fresheners and after my first day, the smell went away. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s really really close to accessing the lake. Really close to the Marina for the activities that we chose to do the weekend that we were there. Would I go back? Yes, I would go back because The price is great and the location of it is great. We were hardly in our rooms at all. We spent most of our time outdoors. Last thing is some of the areas in the hotel room are hot like the elevator the hallways and the public bathroom in the hotel is really hot. They have no AC."
