"Very clean and very good directions and friendly staff. Multiple places to eat inside. Room was very clean and nice. No complaints. Big place but you couldn't hear the noise from the room which was also very peaceful. Would stay again next time I'm in Reno. Especially for how affordable it was!"

"Beautifully updated but the floor space in the room with two queen beds very limited. Designed where space went to the bathroom. Beds pretty much up against the wall. So if you’re sharing a bed be ready to fit through narrow space between the bed and wall or crawl over the person you’re in bed with."

"I love this hotel overall, but the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. My family and I slept poorly and woke up with headaches. The bathrobes were also very wrinkled and looked as though they had been pulled straight from the dryer. A hotel of this caliber should provide comfortable pillows and neatly pressed bathrobes. Everything else was lovely."
