Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

We loved staying here! Unfortunately we had a last minute change to our stay but Dana was able to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and we appreciated the tea and coffee service. Super comfortable bed after a long road trip. Very convenient to the Whole Foods and area restaurants. Incredibly quiet room. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous time in Truckee and Gravity Haus. Great room. Living area. Small kitchen. Perfect. Close to hiking which we did. Great food nearby and pubs. Close to Lake Tahoe which we visited (Tahoe City). Sat by the lake. Just a great 3 day getaway. Recommend Gravity Haus. Restaurant on site.

The Peppermill never fails to exceed my expectations as it always basks us in luxury and comfort as well as style. The Tuscany Towers never disappoints

We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

So far the best 5-star hotel I've stayed at. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the valet, and bags were taken in by the staff. Complimentary champagne and wine during check-in. I was also given a short tour of the resort and everything you can do. The room was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The rooms were adjoined to others but this was not an issue. So many things to do here. Too bad their beach wasn’t accessible when we visited but they had other private beaches we could use. Staff was to notch. We aren’t fans of the casino but it was nicely separated. Great location with so many great activities & restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel the area around the hotel not so good but the hotel and staff are awesome!! Super cute rooms and I’m a man that doesn’t use the phrase super cute! But it really was!

Great place to stay. Downside was that my wife saw a bed bug crawling around when we went to bed.

My husband and I enjoyed so many of the different activities offered at the GSR. Customer service was great from everyone and love our experiences there. Food was great wherever went as well.

This is a hotel with a casino in it. My son wanted to play casino games before a day of snowboarding. It was clean and recently updated bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the dimly lit room. There were canned ceiling lights that had covers more appropriate for aiming at hung pictures. There was only one table lamp with a black shade. One of the two bathroom mirror’s lights weren’t working. For one night it was ok but very overpriced.

This was my first visit to this property (for business). The hotel staff was great, nice and helpful, the property was clean (for a casino), my room and view were amazing, the price was fantastic and free parking. There were food choices. We stayed at the Eldorado for Hot August Nights,and even though it was a very busy weekend the employees were outstanding.We ate at Gordon Ramsey fish & chips,El Jefes,and and a restaurant for breakfast,don’t remember the name.The food in every restaurant was excellent.Next time we go to Reno we are staying at the Eldorado.
