"The bathroom was my only issue, it was relatively clean but the shower wasn't the easiest to work and looks like it needed some repairs as the shower knob was popping out of the wall whenever you turned it on and the part of the ceiling was peeling off. Everything else was great and had a nice view"

"I checked out 10 minutes of checking in. The minute I walked inside the room, my allergies kicked in and my anxiety went up the roof. I’ve been to Quality Inn before, and been to many different hotels, but this one was the wrist by far. The property was not clean. They were people hanging out on the balcony talking loud and smoking. Someone was working on his car right in the parking lot. Wasp were flying around all over. One almost bit me going inside the room. I had to check out. I did not feel safe and the room was unsanitary. The front desk guy was being very rude to me when I explained why I didn’t want to stay. The maintenance guy was the only person that was understanding and considerate to me. There pictures are not what the place is about. "

"The front desk staff was great. Everyone that i encountered was so nice and looked like they actually wanted to be there. The valet parking when you are coming back to the hotel after 9pm was kind of confusing the first night. That should definitely be explained a bit better. "

"It was no explanation of charges until we asked because there were extra charges on our cards. No microwave in rooms, so if you bought food back you couldn’t heat it up. The staff were super friendly. Once asked, the staff explained the card issue. Overall the stay was great. "

"A great change of pace when it comes to your weekend stay. The staff was great, the rooms were nice and clean. If you're going to an event, you're only a 3 minute walk to the spectrum center. I highly recommend. "
