"Nice hotel in a great area close to Beale Street. (10-15 minute walk). Parking is next door in a garage using cell phone check in process. Hotel is undergoing MAJOR renovation which includes entire lobby so check in is a little confusing at first but fine. Staff is great, very nice folks. Hot hot water in shower (wonderful!) "
