"Here's a concise breakdown: Hotel: Excellent. Staff are great and helpful. Food is good and fresh. Your room is decent and cleaned daily including fresh towels. The gym is well stocked including a punching bag. Also, there is a staff member always ready to help you with activities such as safaris or visits to the Giraffe Center. The area: Central but less desirable. The street is very dirty and not lamplit at night. There are a few casinos within walking distance but returning home with your winnings might make you feel a bit like a target. That being said, I haven't had a single problem once. Just don't expect to take a nice neighborhood stroll. All told, great hotel with great value for money. Just accept that virtually every time you leave the hotel a taxi is required. "
