"The hotel was perfect for what we wanted ie: to have somewhere to stay near our son. Unfortunately the people in the next room were having a party until 1.30am and had the tv on until 2am. We could hear everything, conversations and the programme on the tv. We were unable to sleep. This is not the hotel’s fault but it did spoil our stay. We will stay again and hope other guests will be more considerate next time."

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. "A little difficult to find perhaps but once there it is lovely. We arrived in the dark so it was great to wake up, open the curtains and look at the view across the fields. Breakfast (full english) was superb."
