"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive to every detail. I casually mentioned through the app that there were only two bathrobes even though there were three of us, and they immediately brought an extra one without me having to follow up. That level of service really stood out. On our last day, they also allowed us to leave our luggage for free so we could stroll around the city comfortably before heading to the ferry. The location is perfect — right in downtown, close to the harbour and many attractions. The only disadvantage was that we can hear people from the other rooms and loud steps and thumps above us, as well as people at the back going to the spa/bath. But overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. "

"The smell was horrendous. My nose was so stuffy during the whole stay. It smelled super old and somewhat pungent. Good thing that the receptionist was nice. "
