"I cannot recommend this place enough. So convenient, walkable and really in the heart of the best of York. Plenty of kitchen space so you can actually share meals together. If I had to mention any drawback the wifi was not the best. If I am ever back in York, ( which I hope to be the case ♥️) I will definitely book with this property. "

"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. Bathroom is damp and paint and plaster is peeling off. Few other bits as well need sorting. Its a nice central place with lovely views. "The sea view 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, the view is just gorgeous. The beds are quite small though, and at the start there was a bit of a smell of unwashed humans that seemed to be ingrained but maybe it was just lingering from previous occupants as by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. The main flaw of this property for us though was the lack of blackout curtain in the front bedroom, which is east facing, making it very hard for me to sleep well past 4.30am when the sun was rising."

"Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"
