"First let me say, the properties are very beautiful. The check in was very smooth. The communications with the host were addressed timely and effectively. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The kitchens were spacious and accommodating to all 16 of us. There were plenty of places around to shop and eat. We were a family of 15 senior citizens (55). and (1) 35 year old. Let me say the 16 stairs straight up to the 2nd floor were not good or safe for us. Insult to injury: try carrying luggage up all those stairs. The safety of the customer was left completely out of the equation. The issue of not being able to wear shoes up stairs was another very concerning issue. Wearing Socks proved to be a SAFETY ISSUE and that the floors were not clean, along with the rugs in the main bedrooms and in the living rooms in front of the TV’s (filthy). As a customer, we were not informed of the additional rules, in the house, but ARE VERY RELEVANT TO THE HOUSE/RENTAL. All bedrooms are upstairs and only (1) has a TV in it. The tubs in the bathroom central to the other 4 bedrooms were NOT conducive to us getting a shower, stepping up in the tub with NO handrails in the tub, on the wall or anywhere in the bathroom.The houses may be great for younger people, but the issues for Senior Citizens make it very difficult to rent this property again. The host done his part, however, there are things that NEED to be addressed."

"The house was very inviting. Hot tub amazing, clean and kitchen had all utensils we needed. Great location near las vegas blvd 20 min from majoy hotels. Refrigerator wasnt working properly only problem. Luckily csught it soon enough Thanks for our accomodations."
