"We had a lovely week away at chainbridge cottage, the setting was amazing, with the trains to the rear and the river Esk to the front. The cottage was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. The front room curtain rail needs attention and an outside light would be fab for when your letting the pooch out. It was lovely and warm with storage the heaters being on all the time. And we even had the snow . We will definitely be back."

"The accommodation was clean and well equipped. With it being next to the railway the noise of trains wasn't a problem. It was actually good when the steam trains going past."

The cottage was well stocked, warm and very comfortable.Communication from the owners was really good and we got the feeling that they would have sorted any problems if we had any.Location was great. We walked into Whitby during our stay enjoying a walk along the river.Although there is no allocated parking space, there was always space on the road.Thank you."
